Director of Communications


Ms. Fogarty is a marketing and communications professional with extensive branding, writing and public relations expertise across a variety of industries. Currently, she handles the spectrum of communications endeavors for Brook Partners as well as the Fashion Industry Gallery (“f.i.g.”), the boutique fashion venue developed by Brook Partners in the heart of Downtown Dallas. Prior to this, she worked in Manhattan as director of marketing for Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc., (now Newmark Knight Frank), creating a marketing department and spearheading all facets of marketing during the company’s dramatic expansion from a New York to a national and international platform. Before that, Ms. Fogarty was a vice president at Rubenstein Associates, where she managed public relations campaigns for national real estate firms. Earlier, she handled a number of consumer accounts at public relations giant Burson-Marsteller. She began her career as a writer for the magazine Real Estate Forum.

Born and raised in Garden City, NY, Ms. Fogarty earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Cornell University and a master’s degree in Psychology from Columbia University. She is on the advisory board of the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, and served on the board of directors of America Scores Dallas, a not-for-profit transforming the lives of at-risk urban children through a unique combination of soccer and creative writing, and is a director of The Dallas Art Fair Foundation.
