BROOK PARTNERS

The Culture Company

For over thirty years, Brook Partners has shaped the cultural landscape through a portfolio of properties, venues and events that defy convention and elevate standards. Our work resonates with those who value substance, vision, and the courage to stand apart.

We create experiences and environments that reflect identity, intention, and the future—and we serve individuals and brands unafraid to make a statement.

Our Projects

Brook Partners shapes the destinations and environments that define how people gather, create, and connect. Founded in 1994, the company began as a development and investment firm and quickly became a leader at the intersection of commerce and culture—building places that are as thoughtful as they are influential.

Over three decades, Brook Partners has financed, acquired, and developed millions of square feet of cultural venues and commercial properties, guided by a boutique, design-forward sensibility that strengthens civic vitality and long-term value. Landmark past projects include Museum Tower, a 42-story luxury high-rise in the Dallas Arts District, Magnolia Theater, a boutique cinematic experience that combines film exhibition, cultural programming, and community engagement, and Stephan Pyles’ flagship Dallas restaurant, exemplifying the intersection of design, commerce, and culture.

That vision is expressed today across its marquee platforms:

Dallas Art Fair

A world-class contemporary art fair that draws leading galleries, collectors, and cultural tastemakers from across the globe.
